Jared has been a vital force in the livestock and agriculture for many years. He loves to share his rare and vast knowledge base, whether that is through consulting, or in a large setting by public speaking. His understanding of genetics, agriculture, and business are an asset not just to Dakota Vision, but have helped so many customers create a more profitable farming and ranching operation.

His hobbies are cattle, cattle, more cattle, and reading. There is rarely a trip the family goes on that doesn’t involve a stop to a bull sale or ranch visit to look at a customer’s heifers. And you are always safe in asking Jared, “What are you reading currently?” Just be prepared to sit and visit about it!

Kati serves at Dakota Vision Ag in many capacities. Whether it is helping out on the road with breeding projects, creating AI schedules for customers, catering meals and preparing for meetings, unloading seed trucks for the guys, and the list goes on and on. She is our behind the scenes lady.

Kati graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a Master’s Certificate from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine in Reproductive Science and Health.

When she isn't keeping Dakota Vision Ag going, she loves to workout, garden, be around livestock, cook and bake, travel, read, camp, and most of all spend time with her husband and three spunky little girls.

Casey started working for Dakota Vision in 2016. He comes from Albert Lea, MN and graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.

Casey is our go to seed guy. Whether it is planning out acres with our customers, or scouting fields, he follows through and helps our clients manage their acres to maximize profitability. Casey has a vast knowledge of our offerings from PIONEER and Millborn and is here to help create and capture the hidden potential in your soil. With his easy going, hard working, no question is too silly attitude, he keeps Dakota Vision running smoothly and our customers happy.

In his downtime, you’ll find Casey fishing, hunting, or spending time with family and friends.

Michelle has worked at Dakota Vision part-time since 2016. She helps keep us organized and fills in for Kati when she can. She and her husband, Steven (Beaver), farm and ranch outside of Willow Lake. They have two grown children, Courtney and husband Jake live by White, S.D. and son, Cole lives in Minneapolis.

Michelle has spent many hours on the road traveling with her kids to rodeo events and still enjoys that today. She and her husband also like to travel and spend time with their friends when not farming or ranching.
